If both AP and lateral radiograph projections were taken on the same plate, can that single image be submitted, or should I separate the image into the two different projections? What if identifying patient information is not included on both images?
You do not need to separate images that are on the same film. If images do not have any information on them, you may insert a text box into the image and type in the name and date.
