Case Review has four components:

  1. PLS case logging
  2. Completion of diverse procedures
  3. Facility documentation
  4. Case documentation and review

Please reference the Case Review Overview page and the ABFAS Board Certification Document for more information.

As of September 2020, candidates who have not passed the Part II CBPS examination must pass the NEW CBPS examination in order to achieve Board Certification.

Starting in Fall 2020, if you are a candidate who has successfully passed the NEW CBPS examination as part of your Board Qualification examinations, then only Case Review needs to be successfully completed to attain Board Certification.
