Announcing the 2022 ABFAS Election Results

ABFAS Diplomates Elect Dr. Michelle L. Butterworth, Dr. Dustin L. Kruse, and Dr. Diana E. Rogers to Board of Directors

The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) is proud to announce the results of the 2022 Board of Directors election. Three director positions were open for the 2022 elections.

Joining the board for their first terms are Dr. Dustin L. Kruse of Colorado and Dr. Diana E. Rogers of Illinois. One incumbent, Dr. Michelle L. Butterworth of South Carolina, will continue her board service.

All three of these terms will become effective on September 1, 2022, and will end on August 31, 2025.

ABFAS thanks all Diplomates who took the time to vote in this election. 7,336 Diplomates who were eligible to vote cast 1,517 ballots, creating a return of 20.67 percent.

Once again, please join us in welcoming Dr. Michelle L. Butterworth, Dr. Dustin L. Kruse, and Dr. Diana E. Rogers to the ABFAS Board of Directors. We look forward to their future service and commitment to ABFAS.
